When will I be delivered?

Orders from Saturday to Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

When can I pick-up my order?

Orders from Saturday to Friday will be available for pick-up on the following Tuesday from 2pm to 6pm.

Can I offer a box?

In the Checkout page, you have the option to have the box delivered to a different location. Make sure you fill the contact details of the person receiving the box in the “Order notes” box.

Is it possible to chose the products in my box?

You unfortunately cannot chose the products! We created 3 different boxes around Wine & Cheese to treat all the taste buds: French Wine&Cheese Feast Box, Raclette Box and Fondue Box.

How can I receive the newsletter?

To do this, simply register in the pop-up or in the insert entitled newsletter on the contact us page

How can I access the Live Sommelier Experience?

Once you have bought your French Wine & Cheese Feast box, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information to access the live. Since the live is on Youtube you will need to have a Youtube account.

I have made a mistake in my address. How do I correct it?

Shipping addresses may not be changed once an order is placed but send an email to and we will let you know if there is anything we can do to help.

I didn't received my order or had a problem with my box.

Don’t worry! There is always a solution. Please send an email to with your personal data (first name, last name, order number) and explain us what is your issue. We will get back to you shortly.

Can I return my box or get refunded?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we are offering, you can’t return Revolution Box. Feel free to send us an email to and we will get back to you shortly! We do not provide refunds on Revolution Boxes.

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can pay your Revolution Box by Mastercard, VISA, American Express via the PayPal platform (you don’t need a PayPal account)

Are payment secured?

We secure 100% of the transactions carried out on our website.
We have an SSL certificate, which ensures that payment pages are encrypted and that data remains confidential.
